Ground malting of local grain and the use of directly fired pot stills allow Stauning to produce Rye whisky with unique taste. With grain flavour, instead of dust and spiciness, and with a long, round and sweet finish. The Stauning RYE is made with 51% soil-malted rye and 49% soil-malted barley.
