STORY: It all started in 1960, when Sergio Zenato, driven and ambitious, tried new technologies in wine production. He invested in native vines so that he could produce wines of the highest quality. Today, his wife Carla and his children are represented with the same enthusiasm and commitment in the wine business.

Story: The Cantina di Soave was founded in 1898 and is now one of the most prestigious wine producers in Italy. The company's over 6000 hectares of vineyards now extends from Lake Garda to the territory of the Soave to the hills of Valpolicella. Through continuous development of the cultivation processes and cellar techniques used, Cantina di Soave always works to gain the maximum of quality and expressiveness from the cultivated grape varieties.
Serving recommendation: as an aperitif or to complement dishes with seafood, poultry and salads.
Removal: the vines are in the "pergola" system as traditional in Veneto. The soil consists of loose, gravel and loamy layers of volcanic origin. The grapes are hand-picked in September. After gentle pressing, fermentation follows under controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
Rating: straw yellow in colour. The bouquet impresses with floral notes of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is well balanced, with superficial hints of crisp, fresh apples.
