Old rums benefit from this designation after staying at least 3 years, within the same was oak or, in turn, in different futs.
- The nose opens on notes of brown sugar and flambé bananas of slightly lemony dark chocolate. The texture in the mouth is generous, the aromatic becomes more pastries with notes of crème brûlée with vanilla. Bourbons barrels bring a crispy popcorn finish and some subtly integrated tannins.
