Special active ingredient combination: In addition to the classic acids our "RAU Fruit Acid Peeling" contains salicylic acid and lactic acid, 3rd generation acids (almond acid & lactobionic acid). The fusion of classic acids and 3rd generation acids allows for unique skin smoothing and a rejuvenating effect.
Lactobionic acid is a poly hydroxy acid (PHA) and is characterised by its antioxidant and moisturising effect. PHA (poly hydroxy acid) has a positive effect on the synthesis of collagen and elastin and strengthen the skin's lipid barrier. No side effects in the form of tingling, irritation or redness of the skin, therefore also suitable for sensitive skin and rosacea.
Lactic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid, which is also very gentle. It is an excellent skin humidifier and moisturiser. It also controls the cornification process of the epidermis and stabilises the acid-protective coat of the skin. Salicylic acid is a naturally occurring plant active substance with anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory effect.
