Main highlights

This is a blended malt whisky and a vatting of Yoichi and Miyagikyo single malts, a high proportion of which matured in sherry barrels.
Taste: intense, reminiscent of boiled fruits (orange) and shadow morals, very oily texture. Creamy notes, toffee, mocha and hazelnut.
Colour: elegant old gold with copper shimmer. Fragrance: spicy and delicate, fruity (yellow plum, peach) with chocolate. Develops over time aromas of leather, dried tobacco leaf and dried fruit (apricot, fig).
Aftersound: long with some praline, charcoal and cigar smoke, reminiscent of matured Speyside classics. Anise and citrus notes give this whisky a wonderful lightness, freshness and elegance. Fine herbal notes complete the aroma.
