Troubleshooting Guide:1. Faulty detection of the charger: Connection problems: When charging, make sure the cable is firmly connected. If it is loose, disconnect it and connect it again. Check the plugs for damage and replace them if they have cracks or breaks. 2. Capacity: Please discharge the battery to 3.2V and charge it to 4.2V for 3-5 cycles to achieve higher capacity. 3. DOES NOT CHARGE - Use original balance charger to charge the battery. The normal range per cell is between 3.2V and 4.2V. Do not charge the battery excessively or discharge it completely.
