You also have the opportunity to get to know us personally when you sel for a holiday for a holiday uchen. Experience unforgettable Cretan nights organised by our family with live music, guided tours through our facilities and delicious traditional Cretan dishes where our olive oil plays the main role.
Thanks to this manufacturing process, our olive oil is rich in antioxidants, polyphenols, vitamins and single-saturated fats. Its characteristic taste confirms all this, because the high polyphenol content gives it a delicious aroma with a slightly spicy note. You will be amazed by its intense fragrance and its yellow-green colour. Its acidity is very low - just as it belongs to a real extra virgin olive oil.
Our olive oil, thanks to its excellent quality, has a particularly high content of nutrients that are extremely beneficial for the human body. Try it with a fresh green or Greek salad, for frying or cooking all your dishes. You can even simply enjoy it with bread and experience its unique taste. The canister is made of tinplate (environmentally friendly) and is extremely durable.

GROWN AND MADE IN ITALY: This EVO oil is made by LEFAS oil mills in San Severo, Foggia, in the heart of the Apulia region. It is of the highest quality and comes directly from olives and exclusively mechanically.
The olives are pressed at room temperature within 24 hours after harvest. This extra virgin olive oil is just the freshly extracted juice of the olive fruit. Not filtered.
