Production The Williams brandy is stored in oak barrels after distillation and matures there for 12 to 18 months to a product of the highest quality. After completion of maturation, the distillate is further refined by adding natural extracts of dried Williams pears as a dosage. This dosage gives the gold-awarded fruit brandy its fine sweetness and suppleness.
Fruit and berries from Swiss cultivation are delivered by local fruit growers and carefully sorted in the distillery and processed according to the traditional way.
