Enough for 25 litres: in each bag of turbo yeast (115 g) you will find enough yeast for a fermentation amount of 25 litres. The mash and base alcohol yeast is perfect for making high-quality alcohol from sugar or glucose. For fruit mash or wine, use 29 grams per 25 litres. This slows down fermentation so that the flavor remains in the amount and does not escape with the carbon dioxide.
