Universal use - A two-component injection system for chemical anchoring and attachment. The mounting mortar is styrene free and thanks to its high adhesive strength, is mainly used for anchoring threaded rods or anchor rods. In addition to being used in non-cracked concrete and masonry, the BTFIX VS-300 is also approved for fixings in cracked concrete and for subsequent reinforcement connection. Various anchor rods or internal threaded sleeves from the existing range, standard threaded rods with strength proof or reinforcement rods serve as anchoring elements. In perforated stone masonry, a sieve sleeve is also required.
INDUSTRIAL GRADE - BTFIX VS-300 including ETA approval option 1, is a styrene-free composite anchor (injection type), in a mortar injection cartridge with a special mixing attachment. It is versatile in combination with a threaded rod made of galvanised steel, stainless steel A2/A4 or highly corrosion-resistant steel. The cartridges fit in all standard squeezing devices (silicone gun) and cartridge guns - there are two mixers per cartridge included.
Area of application: extremely versatile in masonry, cavities, aerated concrete. Crack and gap filling repairs in concrete (cracked and non-cracked), vertical or horizontal. Use in damp and wet environments, as well as mounting holes. Can be used indoors and in enclosed spaces (styrene-free).
Application - Prepare and clean the drill hole. Screw on the included mixer nozzle and do not change in any way. Use only the included static mixer. The threaded rod is inserted into the drill hole, which has been previously filled with mortar in a rotating motion with the help of a squeezing gun. The threaded rod is attached by the composite of the threaded rod, the mortar and the concrete.
