Protects your wallet: depending on the circumstances (outdoor temperature, water temperature, operating mode), a COP value of up to 16 can be achieved. Then you can generate up to 16 watts of heat energy from one watt of electricity. Even under not ideal circumstances, COP values from 7 (full load operation) to 11 (partial load operation) are often achieved in practice, which makes classic on/off models look old. Thanks to the superior efficiency, you can heat your pool at manageable electricity costs.
Practical tips: place the heat pump in a sunny place so that it can draw the warmer air, which benefits the heating efficiency.
